HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

 

Written translation: To place an order for written translation, just contact us by phone or e-mail and deliver the text for translation to us in the most convenient way. We ask new clients to complete an order form. We store the details of our regular customers in our database. Acceptance of an order will be confirmed with a reference number. We will deliver the translation to you by the agreed way, and the invoice will be sent by post. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. We place emphasis on availability, meeting of deadlines, and flexibility in the face of our clients’ needs.

Interpreting: When the details of an interpreting job are received, the office will confirm acceptance of the order by assigning a reference number. New clients are asked to send us a completed order form. We store the details of our regular customers in our database. After the order is completed, you will receive an invoice by post.

What is a reference number? To make our work and yours easier, every order is assigned a five-digit reference number. When discussing an order, it is helpful to refer to this number.
